Please make notes on checks/stubs when possible i.e., who the check is for (names of students) or what class this is payment for (if you have a large number of attendees in a class). It helps our bookkeeping staff to be more accurate in our payment processing. This is especially important for entities such as county organizations. We may get checks from a county accounting department and have attendees from their probation department, sheriff's office, animal control, etc and for different classes.
