This is such an exciting time to be involved with Code 4. We are providing education and entertainment for those who serve our communities and its members, what a privilege our mission really is.

Our excellent staff is working hard right now to continue providing quality education opportunities on-site and on the internet. We are also excited about our newest ventures involving Code 4 TV and other networking pages. We hope that you will explore our website and seek out our education and entertainment opportunities.

Code 4 staff is here to serve you. Please don’t hesitate to send us a note if you have suggestions for us and we welcome your participation as a partner, instructor, advertiser or volunteer. We have several pages of information to help you network with us or others.

Joe Puckett

About our Director

Joe Puckett served within the law enforcement community from 1984 until 2005. He began as a part time marine cadet. During his 21 years he also served as a patrol deputy, a criminal investigator, Hispanic community liaison, hostage negotiator, PIO, police trainer, boating enforcement deputy and finally he served as a Captain over Field Operations.

Joe was a member of the Region 5 Training Council in southern Oregon from 1995 until 2005. His interest in training and the suggestions of fellow council members and a coworker is what led him to create the concept which is now Code 4 P.S.E.A. The thought was to provide quality training from the expensive big name instructors and make it available to individuals or small agencies, by charging them for a portion of the training cost. He follows that same mission today in several states and envisions further expansion of that mission with the tools available via the Internet.
