Front Desk Safety & Security from A to Z  **Updated Version** This is a comprehensive course designed to help you improve all aspects of front desk and office safety. Action plans and discussion include surviving violence, dealing with odd, suspicious and dangerous, calling for help, code words, dealing with mentally ill persons, reading the body language of an attacker, planning and training ideas (8 hrs.).

Harassment Prevention: Engaging in a Respectful Workplace This course is designed for employees, vendors, volunteers, supervisors and leaders. We discuss ideas of creating and maintaining a respectful workplace as a team, helping others and supporting professionalism. We also cover 12 common types of harassment and action steps if this harassment is happening in your work space. A success formula to help you, help others and support a respectful environment (2 hours).

Verbal Excellence: Leading, Persuading and Defusing   This course strives to help you increase your success, improve your safety in any circumstance and provide you with skills to deal with difficult people, difficult situations and violent conflicts (8 hrs.).

Surviving The Active Shooter/Dangerous Intruder Incident This course provides video challenges, uses high definition video discussion to help you get better prepared for evaluating danger, calling for help, preparing for difficult and dangerous situations (4 hrs).

Dealing with Difficult People  Course covers difficult situations and behaviors, discussion of your own communication and body language barriers, defusing, deflecting and difficult people as well as DO's and DO NOTS in difficult communication (3 hrs.).

Reading Body Language: See Danger, Deception & Disagreement  This course will help you see indicators and clues that a person is preparing to attack, telling lies and going through the associated or base emotions. In this course we discuss things everyone should know about human nature and our control channels that guide body language. Gain confidence for whatever interaction you have with other persons including inquiring into the truth, questioning or dealing with safety and violence issues (8 hrs.).

Leading a Church Safety & Security Program   This training is designed to help you get your ministry security program focused or energized and intends to give you insight into current issues (7 hours).


Criminal Justice Training

Report Writing: Making Your Case When preparing your documentation for criminal trials, a civil case or hearing review, you are subject to a higher standard of scrutiny. Learn to be clear, comprehensive and efficient. Course content covers your role in the reporting process, how defense attorneys, judges, hearings officers and juries view reports, during the trial process (3 hrs.).

Investigative Questioning Techniques: Strategies for Lie Detection This is a comprehensive training course designed to help you go to the next level of detecting deception through analyzing statements, non-verbal body language as well as skilled analytics and questioning tactics. It also provides with discussion of baseline formula for success, facts to focus on and questioning ideas for consideration. We also discuss Neuro-Linguistics and reading the eyes. (14 hours)

Leading a Church Safety & Security Program   This training is designed to help you get your ministry security program focused or energized and intends to give you insight into current issues (7 hrs.).

Church Safety and Security for Ushers and Security Teams In this training we review church violence trends, protecting our people and office staff, dealing with disorderly people and the warning signs of escalating emotions. We will also discuss improving your skills for seeing danger and de-escalating violent behavior. Also dealing with mentally ill persons, preparing for emergencies, protecting the children’s ministry, reading body language before attacks, we will review the 911 system and we will talk about handling the active shooter situation (6 hrs.).

 Church Office Safety and Security This course is designed to Improve your preparation for difficult people, dangerous situations and emergencies happening today in the ministry office environment. We discuss calling for help, communicating with difficult and dangerous people. We also discuss dealing with mentally ill persons and reading the body language of an attacker. This 6 hour, high definition video course, gives you lots of ideas for preparing for potential problems and dangerous situations relative to your situation.

Each certificate contains the hours of training, date of completion and the title of the course. Course also mentions the company and any partnership groups which sponsored the training. All of this information provided to help you obtain credits through self-reporting to your POST, DPSST, CJTC or other governing Board or Training Academy. It is also intended that the certificates provide information for you to obtain your CEU’s through your governing oversight group.
