New Classroom Instructors
Code 4 staff and attendees are always looking for new instructors and training topics.
The key for us is keeping the costs of our training low while providing high quality instructors
and current topics. If you are contemplating instructing for Code 4 there are several things to consider:

1. New courses/topics and instructors generally take us at least 8 months to consider, approve and begin scheduling.
2. Instructor fees you require need to be in your initial proposal. We are looking to know what you require as a fee.
Keep in mind this is separate from traveling expenses and we do not pay travel time wages, so if you need to be paid for
travel time, that should be included in your instructor fee for the day of instruction.
3. If your course topic proves to be popular, we will generally book you for 6 to 10 training events per year, if you are available.
4. We do work well with instructors who wish to work part time and need to schedule around regular jobs/vacations.

Please be patient with our process. Most of our staff and BOD that review instructors and book training events are instructors working In the field themselves or have other regular jobs. Please see the Applications section below if you are interested in being considered as an instructor.
