How to Partner & Participate with Us

Partner with us to bring training to your agency or region
Code 4 is always looking for training partners near larger cities. We trade free seats for you and your agency to help send out emails, training notices or teletypes to other agencies within the state. We also offer additional free seats for classes which go over 100 or 150 attendees. We also ask partner agencies to help us find a training room or conference room at a reduced rate (training room will generally need to hold 100 plus people). Generally we are planning 8 months to 18 months in advanced for training.

We pay the bills for the instructor, training room, travel for the instructor, etc. We also handle registrations and classroom materials. We just need your help with the advertisement and set up. If you are interested in being a partner send a note to Joe Puckett : Joe@code4.org.

Instructor Application or Interest
Code 4 is always looking for experience instructors who are experts in their field. If you are interested please read the following information and if you are still interested please send us as much information as possible including course outline, handout and other pertinent information for evaluation. We would also like to receive a resume and instruction references. If you have a video clip of your instruction it will save you time. See our contact page for how to contact us or mail information to us.

For instructors we accept your proposal for a instructional fee for the day of instruction. We do not pay fees for travel days, so if you want consideration for that it needs to be included in your requested fee for the actual instruction day. We pay expenses, make travel arrangements, generally pick you up at the airport or rent you a vehicle. Those expenses are separate from your instruction fee that you propose or request.

Volunteering with Code 4
Code 4 does have opportunities and a need for volunteers. Our biggest need is with classroom registrations on-site the morning of the training session. We also have need for volunteers in other areas including emailing class information, marketing and other networking details. We also need people to help expand our chat and social networking opportunities for our customers.
